Referrals . . . . Three years ago my husband and I went on a home tour in Charlotte and loved everything about one of the homes. Everything in the house was perfect and decorated perfectly. I kept wondering who could do this because this was exactly the look I wanted for our home. Lucky for me I was able to find out who decorated the house and called her immediately the next day. Beth promptly called me back and since that day I have been so thrilled with everything she has done in my home and I have gained a wonderful friend through it all as well. What started out with just decorating a couple of kids rooms and playroom to decorating the entire house. She was able to combine some sentimental pieces with new things to make the room complete. She can design for function, for appeal, or a combination of both. She uses quality furniture and rugs. Our faborite is her custom artwork and accessories. Lucy and Company is an incredibly creative studio, we will be using them as long as we need design help. Working with Beth, you can create an amazing look for any room, whether it's just a few pieces or a complete redesign. I also appreciate that Beth will work within your budget and your process...if you want to choose a lot of elements yourself, she'll help hone the design with great suggestions to complement your ideas. If you want her to take care of it all, she can do that too! In our case, I really wanted to pick out some of the design elements for our baby room, but near the end of my pregnancy, I didn't want to deal with the details and I certainly didn't want to put the room together. From a pretty long distance, I was able to go back and forth with Beth on fabrics and furniture and choose what I wanted. (You don't need to live in Charlotte to use Lucy and Company. It was easy to go over things on the phone and through email.) Then, Beth flew to California, painted, and installed everything. It was great to just walk into the room, see everything I had wanted -- with a few surprises -- and sit down in my big pink chair, just happy to have it all done! Even though I no longer live in Charlotte, Beth and her team travel to Camden to make it all happen.  They come in, set up shop and voila!
